expressing 4X-ACO-Luciferase, pRLCMV, PPAR, E6-AP, or E6-AP-C833S that is defective in
ubiquitin ligase function. (b)
Cells were treated with 0.1% DMSO or 5 M MG132 for 6 hours. Cells were lysed and
luciferase activity was corrected for transfection efficiency and protein.
