The Role of PPAR š¯›¾ Receptors and Leukotriene B 4 Receptors in Mediating the Effects of LY293111 in Pancreatic Cancer

Comparison of the effects of different concentrations of LY293111 and ciglitazone on proliferation of two human pancreatic cancer cell lines (Panc-1 and S2-013) after 24 and 96 hours of treatment, measured by thymidine incorporation. LY293111 was approximately 50 times more potent than ciglitazone at inhibiting proliferation of both cell lines. Data shown is meanĀ±SEM from four separate experiments.
