expression by immunoblot in PHKs. 40 g cellular protein isolated from PHKs from two different individuals was grown on tissue culture plastic coated with (Coll) and without (Plas) type I rat tail collagen. Protein from telomerase-immortalized primary human keratinocytes (N/TERT-1) was also utilized. In all cases, the proteins were separated on a 10% SDS-PAGE and PPAR protein was detected using a monoclonal anti-PPAR antibody. Loading was verified by stripping the blots and performing an immunoblot for -Actin.
