Microarray Analysis of A375(DRO) cells after TZD/rexinoid combination treatment—2-fold up regulated genes. A375(DRO) cells were treated in vitro with 1 $\mu$mol/L of PIO or combination LGD1069/PIO for 24 hours compared with volume-equivalent vehicle in triplicate with a cutoff of a 2-fold change ($P<.5$, one-way ANOVA).
