Inhibitory mechanisms of PPAR$\gamma$ on autoimmune induced myocarditis. PPAR$\gamma$ inhibits the progression of autoimmune induced myocarditis via inhibition of the activation of Th1/Th2 balance, MIP-1$\alpha$, proinflammatory cytokines TNF-$\alpha$/IL-1$\beta$, and macrophage.
