Effect of RGZ on glucose tolerance test (GTT). At 12 weeks of age, glucose was administered at 1 g/kg body weight i.p. after an overnight fast. Glucose was assayed at (baseline), 15, 30, 60, 120, and 180 minutes following glucose administration. There were no significant differences in timed serum glucose values in the treated groups compared with controls during the GTT.
