Double immunofluorescent staining for identifying the cell source of TF. Optical sectioning was averaged over four frames and the image size was set at pixels. There were no digital adjustments made to the images. TF with CD45: TF (Green), CD45 (Red) & DAPI (Blue). TF with SMC α-actin: TF (Green), α-actin (Red) & DAPI (Blue). Our data indicated that more TF-positive cells were found in the PPARα −/− mice, which is overlapped with the CD45-posttive cells, suggesting CD45-positive cells as the source of TF.
