Effects of GW0742 on PPARδ expression and cardiac troponin I phosphorylation in doxorubicin-treated neonatal rat cardiomyocytes. Changes of PPARδ expression (a) and cardiac troponin I phosphorylation (b) in DOX-treated cells by GW0742. Cells were treated with /L GW0742 for 1 hour before the incubation with /L DOX. After 24 h, they were harvested for measuring PPARδ protein expression (a) and cardiac troponin I phosphorylation (b) by Western blot.
