Effects of activin and 15-Deoxy-Δ12,14-prostaglandin J2 (15d-PGJ2) on HepG2 cell proliferation. HepG2 cells were exposed to activin A (25 ng/mL) or 15d-PGJ2 (2 or 5 μM) alone or in combination for 72 h. Cell viability was determined by using an MTT assay.
