Changes in behavioral and pain tests in diabetic rats after STZ induction for two weeks (2W-STZ) or eight weeks (8W-STZ) receiving SCI surgery or sham operation. The 2W-STZ receiving SCI was further treated with/without GSK0660 (0.1 mg/kg) intravenously once daily for 21 days while the 8W-STZ receiving SCI was further treated with/without GW0742 (0.3 mg/kg) intravenously once daily for 14 days.
