Protein levels relative to control of precursors and nuclear forms of SREBP1 and SREBP2 in the liver of broiler chickens fed diets without (control) or with 0.1% clofibrate for 4 weeks. Representative immunoblots specific to precursors and nuclear SREBP1 (a) and SREBP2 (b) and β-actin as internal control are shown for one pool per group; immunoblots for the other pools revealed similar results.
