Effects of SfA, A-769662, or their combination on IR-induced CyP-D-PPARα interaction. Isolated mitochondria were immunoprecipitated (IP) with anti-PPARα (a) or anti-CyP-D (b) antibodies. The complexes were subjected to SDS-PAGE, followed by immunoblotting (IB) with CyP-D (a) or PPARα (b) antibodies.
