Amorfrutins Relieve Neuropathic Pain through the PPAR<i>γ</i>/CCL2 Axis in CCI Rats

<div>PPAR<i>γ</i> activation suppressed chemokines CCL2/CCR2 expression in CCI rats. The expression of CCL2/CCR2 protein was examined by western blot. Amorfrutins decreased the CCL2/CCR2 expression through the PPAR<i>γ</i> activation.</div>
