CB₂R agonists dampen STAT3 and STAT1 activation in primary microglial cells. Primary murine microglial cultures were left untreated or treated with the indicated CB₂R ligands: JWH015 (10 μM), Gp1a (3 µM), or JWH133 (10 µM), for 2 h followed by IFN-γ stimulation for 20 min. Cell lysates were collected in the 2x sample buffer, electrophoresed, transblotted, and probed for β-actin and phosphorylated STAT3_(Tyr705) or STAT1_(Tyr701).
