The effect of curcumin on oxidative stress in H₂O₂-exposed HUVECs. HUVECs were pretreated with curcumin (0 μM, 10 μM, 20 μM, 30 μM, 40 μM, and 50 μM) for 12 h and with H₂O₂ (100 μM) treatment for another 12 h.
