DNA Methylation May be Involved in the Analgesic Effect of Hyperbaric Oxygen via Regulating FUNDC1

Figure 3

Mechanical withdrawal threshold (MWT) and thermal withdrawal latency (TWL) in each group (n = 6 rats per group). (a) The value of MWT and TWL decreased on the 3rd, 5th, 7th, and 14th day gradually after CCI which decreased mostly in the CCI group than in the CCI + HBO group (n = 6 rats per group for three repeats, presented compared with the S group, ). And the value of MWT and TWL in the CCI + HBO group was higher than that in the CCI group (# presented compared with the CCI group, ).(b) FUNDC1, NIX, and BNIP3 expression was higher in the CCI + HBO group (presented compared with the S, S + HBO, and CCI groups, ). (c) Compared with the S, S + HBO, and CCI groups, there were a large number of green fluorescence signals in the CCI + HBO groups on expression of FUNDC1 ().(d) The result showed that FUNDC1 coexpressed with NeuN in cellular nuclei and was not detected in the cellular nuclei of GS-labelled cells.
