SIRT1 Mediates Neuropathic Pain Induced by Sciatic Nerve Chronic Constrictive Injury in the VTA-NAc Pathway

<div>Effect of SIRT1 on the activation of NAc neurons in CCI mice. The increased expression of Fos in the contralateral NAc neurons induced by CCI was inhibited by SRT1720 (a). EX-527 microinjected in the VTA significantly induced the expression of Fos in the contralateral NAc of sham-operated and CCI mice (b).
