p25 not p35 was significantly reduced by roscovitine via p25 not p35. Compared with controls by intrathecal injection of DMSO in the group treated with intraplantar injection of CFA, the increased expression of p25 protein was significantly reduced by intrathecal injection of roscovitine in the group treated with intraplantar injection of CFA day 1. However, the administration of roscovitine produced no significant effects on p35 protein expression in the same group. Data shown represent mean ± SEM; ; n = 4/group B.
