Choriocarcinoma in a 23-year-old patient who presented 2 years after a normal pregnancy with abdominal distension and markedly raised β-hCG levels. Axial contrast enhanced CT image of the pelvis reveals extensive, heterogeneously enhancing extrauterine tumor deposits in the pelvis involving pouch of Douglas, left parametrium, anterior peritoneum, and both recti (asterisk).
