Each column corresponds to a different type of acquisition: single-echo acquisitions (SEGE) are shown in the first column, accelerated acquisitions with sEPI in the second, and multiecho acquisitions (MEGE and MAGPI) in the third. The first row (a–c) shows the CDF when all the error data is pooled, over all voxels, slices, tubes, and background ROIs. Given the large variability in performance for different background ROIs, we show in the second (d–f) and third (g–i) rows the CDFs obtained in the ROIs with the maximum and minimum , respectively. A highly reproducible method will have a similar curve shape across all plots.
