Seeding low volumes, the clonal efficiency ClonE was as high as 400% or 200% after volume reduction (a) and after thawing (b), respectively. At higher volumes, by representing a higher CD34-seeding density, the results approached boundary limits of nearly 100% (Annexin V) or less (ISHAGE).
