Effect of anti-Jagged1 neutralizing Ab on osteoblast differentiation of BMSCs in cocultures. BMSCs2 and ALL cells were cocultured with or without anti-Jagged1 neutralizing Ab under osteogenic conditions for 3 days or 14 days. (a-b) The mRNA and protein expression levels of osteogenic differentiation markers OPN and OCN, and Notch1 and Hes1 were analyzed using real-time RT-PCR and western blot analysis after 3-day coculture.
