(a) The mRNA expression of Runx2 and Hes1 was evaluated by real-time RT-PCR in BMSCs2 after 3-day coculture with ALL cells with or without anti-Jagged1 neutralizing Ab ( versus BMSCs2 cocultured with ALL cells). (b) The protein expression of Hes1 and Runx2 were assessed. (c) The Jagged1 expression levels were evaluated in ALL cells from 63 leukemia children with or without invasion osteoclasia or osteoporosis by real-time RT-PCR. Abnormal bone represented leukemia children with invasion osteoclasia or osteoporosis.
