Antiapoptotic effect of hBcl-xL-MSCs in vitro. (a) Annexin V-FITC/PI apoptosisassay of wild type MSCs, vector-MSCs, and hBcl-xL-MSCs. Cells were seeded into T25 flasks and were cultured in medium with 200 μM H₂O₂ at 37°C for 4 hours.
