Human Adipose Derived Stem Cells Induced Cell Apoptosis and S Phase Arrest in Bladder Tumor

Cell cycle analysis of T24 bladder cancer cells. Cells were treated with DMEM (a) or ADSC-CM (b) for 48 h and then stained with propidium iodide. The DNA content was analyzed by flow cytometry. G1, S, and G2/M indicate cell cycle phase. (c) It shows an obvious S phase arrest with a concomitant decrease of cell number in G1 phase of the cell cycle. The percent of S phase was quantified from three independent experiments ( versus control).
