Expression of SDF-1 and CXCR4 by IHC and Western blot. (a) The immunohistochemistry results showed that the number of SDF-1- and CXCR4-positive cells was highest in the MSC + UM group. There were relatively fewer positive cells in the MSC group and UM group, and the control group had the lowest number of SDF-1- and CXCR4-positive cells. (b) Protein expression of SDF-1 and CXCR4 determined by Western blot in ischemic myocardium from four groups, with GAPDH as the internal control.
