Exosomes from Human Umbilical Cord Mesenchymal Stem Cells: Identification, Purification, and Biological Characteristics

<div>HucMSCs-exosomes inhibit H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2</sub>-induced mitochondria activation. H9C2(2-1) were pretreated with hucMSCs-exosomes (800 <i>μ</i>g/mL) for 24 hours, followed by exposure to H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2 </sub>(300 <i>μ</i>M) for 24 hours. The cells were subjected to JC-1 staining for 15 min. The signals were observed under fluorescence microscope. Control (a, d); H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2 </sub>(b, e); and hucMSCs-exosomes (c, f).</div>
