Four-parameter variable slope curve fit using the least squares method was applied for generating dose response curves in GraphPad Prism software. Parameters with the lowest and second lowest IC50/EC50 values are denoted in bold; values in italics had an ambiguous near complete dose response curve fit; [OR], curves which were out of range.
