(b) The ESCs display the same morphology in culture as the wild type (d0) and also form EBs (d3, d7). There is no noticeable difference between the two cell lines. After the plating (d10, d14) the cells grew less organized neural network than the wild type. Magnifications are 4x (d3, d7) and 10x (d0, d10, d14). Scale bars represent 500 μm (d3, d7) and 200 μm (d0, d10, d14).
