CHD1L is expressed in THY1⁺ SSCs. Immunofluorescence staining assays reveal the colocalization of CHD1L (red) with OCT4 (green), PLZF (green), and GFRΑ1 (green) in THY1⁺ SSCs. The THY1⁺ SSCs were isolated from a total spermatogonia pool, obtained from 5 dpp mouse testis, using THY1 conjugated immunomagnetic beads.
