Growth of primary bone marrow-derived hMSCs (bm-hMSCs) in chemically defined medium (CDM). The cells were grown on coated or noncoated CDM-optimized cell culture plastic either in CDM (with or without FGF-2) or in serum-containing medium (SCM).
