1-MT reverses the effect of hUC-MSCs on T lymphocyte apoptosis. Cultured T lymphocytes were stimulated for 120 h with PHA in the presence or absence of hUC-MSCs. 1-MT was included in some cultures. At harvest, the cells were stained with antibodies to annexin V and PI and analyzed by flow cytometry. (a) The FACS plots were representative of one of three experiments.
