Pearson correlation coefficients ρ were calculated for samples from Ewing sarcoma cell lines from data set GSE7007 [3] and all stem cell samples. For each EFT sample, the mean of the Pearson correlation coefficients in the control samples without EWSR1-FLI1 inhibition was set as 1. Presented are means and standard deviations for the correlations between the indicated cell types and Ewing sarcoma cell lines after knockdown of EWSR1-FLI1 (EWS-FLI1 knockdown) or control cell lines (control) without EWSR1-FLI1 knockdown.
