Hypoxia Inducible Factor-1α Regulates the Migration of Bone Marrow Mesenchymal Stem Cells via Integrin α4

Alteration of integrin -mediated signaling pathway in BM-MSCs under hypoxia. The mRNA expression levels of HIF-1α (a) and integrin (b) in BM-MSCs were determined by real-time PCR. 18S rRNA was used as the loading control. Protein expression levels of integrin (c) and ROCK1 and Rac1/2/3 (d) in BM-MSCs were assessed by Western blotting. GAPDH was used as the loading control.
