Stemness Characteristics of Periodontal Ligament Stem Cells from Donors and Multiple Sclerosis Patients: A Comparative Study

DataAssist software was employed to run a global normalization analysis by using GAPDH, 18s, and HPRT1 as selected internal controls. The reported transcripts evidenced a value < 0.05 and value < 0.01. Data were analyzed using GraphPad Prism 6.0 (GraphPad Software, La Jolla, CA). values were adjusted using Benjamini-Hochberg FDR correction. Data are expressed as mean ± SEM.
