rMAPC suppress antigen-specific T cell proliferation. Myelin basic protein-(MBP-) specific T cells were seeded in rMAPC-derived conditioned media and were stimulated with MBP. Proliferation index was calculated based to conditions without MBP (not shown). Mean values ± SEM are from 3 independent experiments, with triplicates per experiment. Data were analyzed with one-way ANOVA followed by Dunnett’s multiple comparison test .
