Ex Vivo Expansion of Human Limbal Epithelial Cells Using Human Placenta-Derived and Umbilical Cord-Derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells

<div>Effects of TGFBIp on the FAK, Src, and ERK signaling pathways in limbal epithelial cells (LECs). Representative Western blotting images (a) and densitometric analyses (b). LECs were treated with TGFBIp (10 <i>μ</i>g/mL) for the indicated periods of time, and cell lysates were subjected to Western blot analysis. The relative ratios were normalized by arbitrarily setting the phosphorylation ratio at 0 minute as 1. Analyses were performed in triplicate.
