CD60b did not stain mature neurons. Confocal images of adult SVZ section showing the expression of CD60b ((a) in red) and NeuN ((b) in green). Nuclei stained with TO-PRO-3 in blue. Merge images showed no costained was observed between the two markers, demonstrating that CD60b is not expressed in mature neurons (c).
