Differentiation of neurospheres derived from CD60b-positive and CD60b-negative cells. Differentiation of neurospheres originated from CD60b-positive and CD60b-negative E16 cells in DCX-positive neuroblasts (a-b), GFAP-positive astrocytes (c-d), and NG2-positive oligodendrocytes (e-f). We did not observe any clear differences between differentiated cells derived from neurospheres originated from CD60b-positive and CD60b-negative cells. Nuclei are stained with TO-PRO-3 in blue.
