Secretome analysis of AF-MSCs. The cytokines CCL2, CXCL1, CXCL12, CSF2, ICAM, IL-6, IL-8, IL-21, MIF, and SERPINE1 were detected by protein arrays in cell culture supernatant from AF-MSCs. A membrane with spotted antibodies was used for detection. The three red-boxed spot pairs in the corners represent protein array quality controls (a).
