<div>MSCs differentiation into hepatocytes in synthesis. Factors that may induce MSCs differentiation into hepatocytes could be subdivided into 2 subgroups, extracellular (stimulating) factors and intracellular (progressing) factors. Stimulating factors are as follows: cytokines, growth factors, extracellular matrix cues, and physical parameters of culture. Intracellular factors are considered, three key factors, responsible for MSCs differentiation in MSC-derived hepatocytes (MDHs): transcription factors, cellular signalling, and epigenetic modification. MDHs: MSC-derived hepatocytes.</div>
