Cellular Responses in Human Dental Pulp Stem Cells Treated with Three Endodontic Materials

Cytotoxicity induced on HDPSCs assessed using flow cytometry by 1 : 2 dilutions of preconditioned cell culture medium with endodontic materials at 24 hours. Graphs show cell population as viable cells, early apoptotic cells, late apoptotic cells, and necrotic cells at (a) 24 hours, (b) 48 hours, (c) 7 days, (d) 15 days, and (e) 30 days. Each condition was tested by triplicate in three independent samples. The statistical test used was ANOVA with a post hoc Newman-Keuls test to analyze changes in viable, apoptotic, and necrotic cells in each condition. In Table 1, the values of statistical significance for each comparison are shown.
