(b) The expressions of miRs (miR-21, miR-146a) in parent MM cells (OPM2, RPMI-8226, and U266) and exosomes were measured by qPCR. (c) Fluorescence images of MSCs following the uptaking of OPM2-exo labeled with PKH26 (red) for 24 hours. (d) MSCs were cultured with OPM2-exo and the normalized expressions of miRs (miR-21, miR-146a) in MSCs were detected by qPCR. Results were shown as mean ± S.E.M.
