Sex determination in established PGC lines. The sex determination was performed by using the P2–P8 primer set (Supplementary Table 1). The size of the PCR products was 362 bp and 345 bp. In the case of the female cell lines, two bands were detected. (a) Analysis of PC PGC lines: only the FS111 PGC lines is female. (b) Analysis of PC PGC lines: FS214, FS302, and FS319 lines are females. (c) Analysis of GFP PGC lines: only the 5ZP line is female.
