Effect of ICA on the proliferation of BMSCs. BMSCs were treated with various concentrations of ICA (0, 0.01, 0.1, 1, 10, and 100 μM) for 12, 24, 36, 48, 72, and 96 h. The proliferation rate of BMSCs was assessed by the CCK-8 assay.
