Icariin Promotes the Migration of BMSCs In Vitro and In Vivo via the MAPK Signaling Pathway

ICA upregulates the protein expression of the MAPK signaling pathway. BMSCs were treated with ICA for 30, 60, and 120 min. Total protein extracts were prepared, and the phosphorylation levels of P38, ERK1/2, and JNK were detected by Western blot. The experiment was repeated at least three times to verify the result.
