The endometrial layer of the VEGF-BMSC group showed a relatively intact structure, with more endometrial glands, capillaries and increased endometrial thickness. The endometrium of the control group was totally damaged, showing extensive coagulation necrosis, cell apoptosis. The VEGF-BMSC group had an obvious thicker endometrial lining compared with that of the control group and the BMSC group, and there was no significant difference between the VEGF-BMSC group and the sham operation group.
