Figure (d) represents the early adhesion (10 days at 37°C, 5% CO2), and Figure (e) the late adhesion (15 days at 37°C, 5% CO2) of DB-ASCs. Figure (f) reports DB-ASC recovery efficiency (the amount of ASCs recovered from the lipoaspirate by one-step collection and by fractionated collection), and the histogram (g) reports the percentage recovery of ASCs by fractionated collection after 1, 2.5, and 5 minutes.
