Guanylate-Binding Protein 1 Promotes Migration and Invasion of Human Periodontal Ligament Stem Cells

<div>Overexpression of GBP1 potentiated IFN-<i>γ</i>-induced migration and invasion of PDLSCs. The overexpression of GBP1 in PDLSCs was confirmed by RT-qPCR and Western blot (a and b). Wound healing assay was performed using GBP1-overexpressed PDLSCs and control cells (vector). Representative images were acquired at the initial time point (0 h) and after 24-hour migration (24 h), respectively. Overexpression of GBP1 further enhanced the migration as well as invasion of PDLSCs induced by IFN-<i>γ</i> treatment (c–f).
