Overexpression of GBP1 potentiated IFN-γ-induced migration and invasion of PDLSCs. The overexpression of GBP1 in PDLSCs was confirmed by RT-qPCR and Western blot (a and b). Wound healing assay was performed using GBP1-overexpressed PDLSCs and control cells (vector). Representative images were acquired at the initial time point (0 h) and after 24-hour migration (24 h), respectively. Overexpression of GBP1 further enhanced the migration as well as invasion of PDLSCs induced by IFN-γ treatment (c–f). Bars indicate 500 μm in (c) and 100 μm in (e), respectively. .
