Synergistic Effects of FGF-18 and TGF-<i>β</i>3 on the Chondrogenesis of Human Adipose-Derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells in the Pellet Culture

<div>Gene expression analysis of the chondrogenic genes in ADSC pellets. Chondrocytic-related genes of Col2a1 (a), Aggrecan (b), SOX-9 (c), Prg4 (d), COMP (e), and Col10 (f) were quantified by real-time PCR in ADSC pellet, which were stimulated with TGF-<i>β</i>3 alone, FGF-18 alone, and their combination for 5 weeks.
